The spec for the Washington D.C. location of this up and coming firm is clean and streamlined traditional with a twist.  The final workstation and private office design in the culmination of months of collaborating with the east coast based design firm.  Despite being on strict budget the design firm did not want to compromise their vision.  Using a combination of custom and standard product we were able to produce a functional workspace that incorporates thoughtful design touches bright white laminate and pops of color.  We maximized storage and work surface with a moderate 49" height horizon that allows for both focused and collaborative work.  

There are meeting rooms that promote private work for both the individual and teams.  It was important to incorporate spaces with comfortable furniture for socializing and gathering.

The overall floor plan is 98 offices and 70 workstations with meeting and conference rooms as well as a cafe and multiple lounge area.
