An RFP with an emphasis on budget. The client really liked the product offering and they had connected with us, the project team. As you can see the design submitted for the RFP has been modified. It wasn't until after the project started that we were able to work directly with them to get feedback on what was important for them. We didn't make drastic changes but we were able to provide more storage where needed and also change some finishes to ensure we came in at budget while maintaining the original design direction.
Images shown are floorplans, power and data plans, "hold to" requests, and elevation for backing required for overheads attached directly to the wall. I work directly with the architect, GC and subcontractors on site to ensure all required dimensions are met to insure the best possible end result.
This project installed June 2013.
